1. Order Processing & Shipping Cost

Every Nobivaro™ order goes through a careful preparation process before shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
This includes order verification, quality inspection, and secure packaging.

High-Demand Periods

During holidays or major sales events, processing time may extend to up to 5 business days due to higher order volumes.

Shipping Fee

We currently offer flat-rate shipping of $5.99 per order, regardless of destination.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Because our products ship through international logistics partners, delivery times may vary depending on location.

Please note that these delivery windows are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed arrival dates.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Please keep in mind:

• Tracking updates may appear 1–3 business days after shipment
• Some carriers require time before the first tracking scan appears
• Your order may already be in transit even if tracking has not updated immediately


4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments are typically sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means:

• Import duties or customs taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the buyer
• Nobivaro™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance processes

For most small decorative or souvenir items, additional customs charges are uncommon, but regulations vary by country.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely shipping.

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us at:

within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has entered the fulfillment process, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we will work to resolve shipping issues whenever possible.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged:

• Please email us within 72 hours of delivery
• Include a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

Our team will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Lost Packages

If the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will gladly send a replacement free of charge.
